DESCRIPTION:GROWN FROM HERE: Art Show and Sale\nFeaturing works of Glastonbury Arts members\n\nJuly 1 - August 26 during regular library hours\n\n\n\nGlastonbury Arts is pleased to announce an art show at the Welles Turner Memorial Library from July 1st to August 26th  featuring works by 22 members of Glastonbury Arts. The show's theme\, "Grown from Here" will highlight plants\, flowers\, gardening and wildlife\, aligning with the library's summer reading contest theme "Plant a Seed-Read!" All pieces will be available for purchase.\n\n\n\nThe pieces in this exhibit include a wide variety of media and will give visitors a true appreciation for the artistic talent of members of our community. The following artists will be exhibiting work in the show: \n\nMarie Beck\, Lynn Bywaters\, Lynn Damon\, Jeanne Davies-Lloyd\, Ellen Smith Fagan\, Linda Gotta\, Kimberly Lockwood\, Sophia Marler\, Nan Muller\, Don Nedd\, Lori Neumann\, Rachael Palmberg\, Matt Patterson\, Maura Reed\, Kevin Savage\, Gail Schwartzkroin\, Nancy Spear\, Ashley Stringer\, Beth Suriner\, Debbie Temple\, Elizabeth Waters\, Lynn Zettlemoyer.\n\n\n\nThere will be a reception on Wednesday\, July 8th\, from 6:30 to 7:30 in the gallery at the library. You are invited to attend the reception where you can meet the artists and ask questions about their work. Light refreshments will be provided. Feel free to drop in  no registration is required!
