DESCRIPTION:Due to an overwhelming number of applications that our staff needs to review and to ensure that the limited amount of funding can be allocated fairly and equitably\, we have put the program on hold until further notice.\n\n\n\nTown of East Hartford American Rescue Plan COVID-19 Small Business Assistance Program\n\nOverview The East Hartford Small Business Assistance Program is being established to help eligible East Hartford businesses respond to and recover from the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic. The Program will provide financial grants\, reimbursements\, or in-kind services for specific purposes related to counteracting the adverse impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic. The Program is funded through the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) and administered by the Town of East Hartford's Development Office\, with assistance from the Connecticut River Valley Chamber of Commerce. It is intended to help businesses and the community become stronger and prosper.\n\nSimply register online\, once you receive the confirmation\, this will include the application that will need to be completed and emailed back to jay@crvchamber.org
