DESCRIPTION:Join us on Thursday\, March 23\, from 7:00 to 8:30 pm\, for the debut of the WDS Speakeasy! Enjoy live jazz from the Mama Train Jazz Band\, dancing\, delicious desserts\, as well as tastings of Hartford Flavor Company's all-natural\, organic Wild Moon liqueur and tastings of exquisite fine wines with Jennifer's 360 Wine Tasting\, LLC.\n\nMama Train celebrates the spirit of the Jazz Age with rich female vocals and dynamic expressive piano. Inspired by early jazz and blues artists like Billie Holiday\, Annette Hanshaw\, and Django Reinhardt\, they perform classics from the 1920s to 1950s. Their soulful melodies and lively instrumentation combine to create a small act with a big vintage sound!\n\nAbout Hartford Flavor Company \n\nHartford Flavor Company is a woman-owned\, organic distillery and tasting room/cafe in Hartford\, Connecticut. Lelaneia Dubay and her husband\, Tom\, opened Hartford Flavor Company in 2015. The company makes its own line of Organic Vodkas\, as well as Wild Moon Liqueurs\, an award-winning line of all-natural\, botanically infused liqueurs. Hartford Flavor Company\, the city's first distillery in 40 years\, places a strong emphasis on environmentally-friendly techniques\, hand-crafted manufacturing\, and local-sourcing of its materials. The company is also focused on giving back to the community and the environment. The production facility and tasting room are open to tours\, as well as room rentals for parties and private events. \n\nAbout Jennifer's 360 Wine Tasting\n\nJennifer Djang-Riccio is a wife\, mother\, LPC\, and Director of IT. But her secret passion since 2014 has been wine. She has received her Wine and Spirit Education Trust (WSET) certification in Wines: Level 1\, Level 2 and Level 3 and is currently working towards WSETdip (diploma). She is an Independent Wine Ambassador for Boisset Collection and has had several jobs in wine retail working for traditional liquor stores\, specialty wine shops as well as companies that teach how to make your own wine as well as sell the material (including grapes) to do so. In the meantime\, she wants nothing more than to share her passion\, knowledge and enjoyment of wine with others. Starting her own business\, Jennifer's 360 Wine Tasting\, LLC\, to do just that is the first step in what she hopes to be many in helping people to enjoy wine as much as she does! \n\nMuseum Members: $25 per person.
