    The ideal candidate will be responsible for the organization and efficiency of daily office operations. We pride ourselves on having relationships with our customers and providing top tier customer service to our current and prospective clients.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage the reception area to ensure effective communication both internally and externally
    • Provide office guests with a hospitable experience
    • Handle routine billing transactions
    • Servicing new and existing clients' insurance policies
    • Communicate via phone and email with new and existing clients

    Qualifications

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work

     

    It is preferred to have an up to date Property & Casualty Insurance license for the state of Connecticut. If you do not have one, you must be willing to study and become licensed within 12 months.
