    Growing Glastonbury-based home improvement company seeking a dynamic full-time Office Assistant.

    The successful candidate will have at least two years of experience as an office assistant (or similar role), has strong communication skills, and have the ability to work independently in a VERY fast-paced environment.

    This position, with the right candidate, is a potential growth opportunity.

    Job entails:

    • Communicating with clients and prospects over the phone, in-person and online
    • Communicating with various team members
    • General office duties: filing, organizing, inventory
    • Multitasking
    • Managing the office calendar, scheduling appointments
    • Light bookkeeping: invoicing AR/AP (QuickBooks knowledge a plus)
    • Preparing & submitting permit applications
    • Warranty registrations
    • Assisting Office Manager with other various tasks as needed


    • Ability to work full-time, 8 hours a day M-F
    • Reliable transportation to and from office in Glastonbury
    • Pass drug and background verification screening
    • Display excellent customer service skills
    • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
    • Minimum of 1 recent year of phone experience in an office setting
    • Computer savvy & experience with Microsoft Office Suite
    • Ability to work independently
