Karen Bilodeau Joins Chelsea Groton Bank as Residential Lender

GROTON, Conn. – Karen Bilodeau, NMLS# 111122, recently joined Chelsea Groton Bank as a Residential Lender. In this role, Karen will aid homebuyers and homeowners in the Greater Hartford area to help find the optimal lending solution based on their specific needs. Karen will be based out of the Bank’s Loan Production Office in Glastonbury, CT.

Karen’s enthusiasm for retail lending first began at Advanced Mortgage Services, INC, where she was a Residential Loan Processor. She then held an array of managerial positions and was self-employed before her most recent role as Mortgage Loan Processor at Total Mortgage Services, LLC. Karen is well-versed with many of the affordable housing products Chelsea Groton Bank proudly offers, including those available through partnerships with FHA, CHFA, and VA, and she has past experience as a construction loan specialist.
 
Karen currently resides in Hebron, CT, where she plays an active role in her community. In her free time, when not spending time with her three grown children and granddaughter, Karen can be found tending her flower garden.
