Description
The Apple Harvest & Music Festival 5K Road Race is a part of Glastonbury's Apple Harvest & Music Festival, traditionally opening the third day of the festival. This chip timed road race is suitable for runners of all abilities - from more casual walkers to serious competitors. Strollers are welcome, but please leave your dogs at home! The race begins at Riverfront Park (200 Welles Street, Glastonbury) at 9:30 AM. This event typically attracts over 500 runners and the course is certified, flat and fast. IVY REHAB will be back again this year to offer pre-and-post-race runner stretching!
Swag (swag bags guaranteed for first 500 runners) includes:
- A complimentary beer (21 and over only) in Festival Pub at noon. $6 value! Admission to the pub is free, festival admission still applies.
- All 5K runners receive a Finishers Medal.
- Free shareable finish line photos on ItsYourRace.com

Prizes for top two male/female overall and 3 deep in each age category. Each winner will receive a Marathon Sports gift card and a delicious apple pie from Granny's!
Advance bib pick-up will be offered at Marathon Sports in Glastonbury, 63 Hebron Ave, on Saturday, October 14 between 11 AM and 5 PM. All those picking up bibs in advance will receive 20% off any regularly priced item in the store (excluding electronics)!
Race day bib pick up and walk-up registration begins on site at 8:15 AM.
