This training will detail the CT Paid Family and Medical Leave Program, how it interacts with other employer-related concerns such as CTFMLA, Worker's Compensation and the Americans with Disabilities Act, and provide practical guidance on how to process requests for leave. This training will share best practices regarding leave of absence management and what an employer's rights are surrounding CT Paid Leave and CT FMLA. There will be time for Q&A at the end of the training.
