Doodling has often been seen as an insignificant distraction or nervous habit, research has shown that doodling is a valid tool for accessing unconscious wisdom and improving cognitive retention. In this workshop participants experience how free-form doodling opens avenues of creative thinking, stimulates alternative methods for creative expression, and encourages the recognition of before unseen patterns and possibilities. In organizational settings this program boosts moral, enlivens culture, and enhances social bonds. Every participant goes home with the work they created. Art supplies provided by theCoach4you.
