Crafter Application 48th Apple Harvest & Music Festival

We are looking forward to welcoming back our craft vendors to our Curated Crafter Center (CCC)!

We are Number 1!!!  The CT River Valley Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce that the Glastonbury Apple Harvest & Music Festival will take place at Riverfront Park on October 13, 14, and 15, 2023

**Please note this is an application ONLY and completion of it does not RESERVE your space.**
We will do our best to adhere to product exclusivity
Application deadline is February 15, 2023
 Vendors will be notified of application approval no later than February 28, 2023.
A complete reservation form and payment in full is required to secure your space.
Prices subject to change
2023 Fees
10 x 10 - Saturday/Sunday  - daytime only - $325
outside/no electric/bring your own tent
10 x 10 - Saturday/Sunday - daytime and evening hours - $425
under tent/includes electricity & lights

10 x 10 - Friday night*/Saturday/Sunday - daytime & evening hours - $550
*new for 2023 - Friday night OPEN and premium placement near Festival entrance
outside/with electricity & lights/bring your own tent (limited spaces available)

By submitting this online application to be considered for the event:

• I/We understand that this application is subject to approval by the Apple Harvest Festival Committee, which has the sole authority to accept or reject any vendor, food item, product or promotional materials to be sold or distributed.
• I/we also understand and agree that the organization I/we represent takes responsibility for any and all damages to our organization?s booth(s).

I have read this application/agreement and agree to the terms. By submitting this application vendor hereby releases and agrees to hold harmless the CT River Valley Chamber of Commerce, its officers, staff and members from any liability or loss arising out of vendor?s participation in the Apple Harvest Festival.
