Once again, we are celebrating Connecticut small businesses and entrepreneurs on the 6th Annual SBDC Day on March 15, 2023.
We are hosting a reception on Wednesday, March 15, 2023, from 9:00am to 12:00pm at the North Lobby of the State Capitol building in Hartford. We are inviting elected officials, Connecticut Small Business Development Center clients, stakeholders, and the public to this event. We will feature 10 impressive and diverse Connecticut small businesses from all around our state. These hard-working entrepreneurs represent just a few of the 3,330 business owners we assisted in 2022.

The day is a national, collective proclamation of the success and impact America' s Small Business Development Centers (SBDCs) have in our communities and in our state. SBDCs are funded by the US Small Business Administration. In Connecticut, the Connecticut Department of Economic and Community Development provides matching funding, and the UConn hosts the Center.
Joining us will be Legislative Leaders, Connecticut DECD Commissioner Alexandra Daum, SBA District Director Catherine Marx, and folks from other organizations and government agencies that work to support Connecticut small businesses.
