New Spin Studio on Main St. in Glastonbury/East Hartford

The Spoke Studio is a new boutique indoor cycling studio at 36 Main Street, on the East Hartford and Glastonbury town line, minutes from the Route 2 and Route 3 interchange with parking on site. Grand Opening in September. Pre-sale pricing available now!

Every ride is 45 minutes and instructor-led, held in a dedicated ride room with custom lighting and a full sound system. The studio runs Star Trac NXT bikes and the pedals are dual-sided for either SPD or LOOK Delta cleats, and clip-on baskets are available for riders in sneakers, so no special shoes are needed to get started.

Rides run from 5am to 8pm and are reserved in advance, so your bike is waiting when you arrive.
