    Technical Skills:
    • A strong understanding of the monthly closing process
    • Financial statements preparation, review, and analysis
    • A good understanding of GAAP accounting and the year- end audit process
    • Ability to understand business issues and convey solutions to clients
    • Direct and mentor direct staff both on-site and remotely
    • Support daily accounting operations and provide best practices and process improvements
    What we look for in relevant Experience:
    • BA in Accounting
    • A minimum of 7+ years of relevant work experience
    • Experience with non-profit organizations is strongly preferred
    • QuickBooks Online experience preferred
    • 1-2 years of direct staff management experience preferred
