- Financial statements preparation, review, and analysis
- A good understanding of GAAP accounting and the year- end audit process
- Ability to understand business issues and convey solutions to clients
- Direct and mentor direct staff both on-site and remotely
- Support daily accounting operations and provide best practices and process improvements
- BA in Accounting
- A minimum of 7+ years of relevant work experience
- Experience with non-profit organizations is strongly preferred
- QuickBooks Online experience preferred
- 1-2 years of direct staff management experience preferred
