Role Description

The Inspired Kitchen is seeking a full-time Project Manager specializing in residential construction to oversee the successful completion of kitchen and bathroom renovation projects. This is an on-site role based in Glastonbury, CT. The Project Manager will manage construction schedules, supervise contractors, ensure quality standards are met, and conduct on-site inspections. Responsibilities also include coordinating logistics, monitoring project budgets, and ensuring timelines are met while maintaining communication with clients and vendors to ensure project success.

Qualifications

• Strong Project Management and organizational skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects and timelines successfully.
• Expertise in Inspection processes and quality control to ensure construction standards are upheld in each project.
• Proficiency in Logistics Management, including contractor scheduling and resource allocation to ensure efficiency.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and contractors.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to challenges during projects.
• Background in residential construction or a related field; experience in kitchen and bathroom remodeling is preferred.
• Must be local to Glastonbury, CT
