Property Manager

RM Bradley has two positions available for Property Managers.
Locations are Hartford, CT, and Danbury/Torrington, CT.

Our Property Managers are the central point of connection between RM Bradley, our clients, and tenants. They oversee the daily operations and physical integrity of each property, ensuring buildings are well-maintained, safe, and efficient. Responsibilities include supervising maintenance staff and vendors, managing budgets and financial reporting, and coordinating tenant improvements, capital projects, and contracted services. Property Managers also foster strong tenant relationships, implement preventive maintenance programs, and provide timely communication and recommendations to clients. In every aspect, they balance hands-on operational leadership with strategic planning to deliver exceptional results.
