Businesses Can Support Glastonbury Affordable Housing Through 2026 NAA Tax Credit Program
September 15, 2026The Town of Glastonbury is pleased to announce that its Affordable Housing Trust Fund has been approved for the 2026 Connecticut Neighborhood Assistance Act (NAA) Tax Credit Program.
The approval provides an opportunity for local businesses to support affordable housing efforts in Glastonbury through qualifying contributions to the Affordable Housing Trust Fund. The program provides a 60% state tax credit for eligible business contributions, with the Town’s program approved for up to $150,000 in contributions.
Businesses interested in participating can submit pledges to the Connecticut Department of Revenue Services (DRS) between September 15 and October 1, 2026. The required NAA-02 form will be available through DRS beginning September 15.
The Town encourages local businesses to consider supporting Glastonbury’s Affordable Housing Trust Fund through this program.
