Deanna Jelley promoted to General Manager and Chief Operating Officer of Ace Handyman Services

Ace Handyman Services Hartford-New London,, a subsidiary of Ace Hardware Corporation, announces the promotion of Business Manager Deanna R. Jelley to General Manager and Chief Operating officer, effective August 28, 2023.

Deanna has worked at AHS since 2021, beginning with attending the Ace Handyman University for franchise owners in Denver, Colorado.  She then served as Office Manager, and was soon elevated to Business Manager in May of 2022. Deanna assumed more responsibilities during her tenure, attending numerous professional development seminars and training, soon outpacing her role as Business Manager.  Deanna was promoted to General Manager, and serves as the Chief Operating Officer, reporting to the owner and CEO.
