CT River Valley Chamber and Town of East Hartford Welcomes New Marriott Hotels and East Hartford Flex Space to Roberts Street
EAST HARTFORD, CT — The CT River Valley Chamber of Commerce and the Town of East Hartford are pleased to welcome Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott, TownePlace Suites by Marriott, and East Hartford Flex Space to 363 Roberts Street.
The community is invited to celebrate the property’s grand opening on Wednesday, September 16, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. at 363 Roberts Street, East Hartford. The celebration will include an official ribbon-cutting ceremony, followed by a reception and refreshments.
The redevelopment marks a significant transformation of the former hotel property into a modern, dual-branded Marriott destination. The property features approximately 145 guest rooms, including traditional hotel accommodations through Fairfield Inn & Suites and 80 extended-stay suites through TownePlace Suites. Together, the two hotels provide convenient options for short-term visitors as well as guests requiring longer-term accommodations.
Guests can enjoy a newly renovated lobby and a variety of amenities designed for both business and leisure travelers. These include complimentary breakfast, a fitness center, business amenities, and inviting shared spaces. The property also features a two-bay golf simulator available for guests and visitors to enjoy.
The redevelopment is also home to East Hartford Flex Space, a locally operated coworking space located within the hotel. The space offers private offices, meeting space, day desks, and lounge access with flexible terms. It provides a convenient and professional environment for local businesses, entrepreneurs, remote workers, traveling professionals, and small teams.
Additionally, a new ground-floor drive-through retail or restaurant space is available for a future tenant. Located directly off Interstate 84, the space offers excellent highway visibility and presents another opportunity to bring new dining or retail activity to the Roberts Street corridor.
