About Us
RAY Life Coaching, LLC helps LGBTQ+, polyamorous, and questioning individuals break free from people-pleasing and embrace the lifelong practice of coming out with confidence. Founded by Ray (they/them)—a queer, non-binary Coming Out Coach—the practice blends neuroscience, attachment theory, consent education, and Nonviolent Communication techniques to guide clients from shame and self-doubt to clarity, courage, and connection.
Ray’s mission is to redefine coming out and confidence as practices that inoculate loneliness—helping people belong first to themselves, and then to others, without shrinking or self-betrayal. Through speaking, workshops, and the Confidence Coming Out Program, clients learn to regulate their nervous systems, set boundaries, and build relationships rooted in authenticity and mutual respect.
RAY Life Coaching offers 1:1 coaching, group workshops, speaking engagements, and digital resources that meet clients wherever they are on their journey. Using practical tools like the Confidence Tool Kit, Ray helps individuals reprogram limiting beliefs, practice compassionate communication, and take bold, sustainable steps toward living authentically. Clients receive trauma-informed support that honors autonomy, fosters resilience, and creates lasting confidence in both personal and professional relationships.
At its heart, RAY Life Coaching (Remember Authentic You) is about transformation—supporting people not just to declare who they are, but to live it fully, confidently, and unapologetically.Video Media
